  the paste-ready anonymity block for invitations. Rules 1–4 (no identifiers,
  thresholds k=3/k=5, anti-differencing, disclosure) are summarized in one
  line each — the full mechanics stay in the playbook.
- `comms-templates-sample.md` — 1 of the 5 message templates, complete: the
  D1 round invitation with the anonymity block built in. The reminder, last
  call, results + actions, and pre-round follow-up templates are summarized
  at the end so you know what the full file adds.

Everything opens in any text editor. The sample is Markdown only; the full
kit adds the tracker spreadsheet (XLSX + CSV) whose formulas hide any score
backed by fewer than 3 responses, plus all six language banks, SETUP.md,
the 12-month calendar and the license.
